What information do I need to supply for you to provide a quotation?
The following items of information will be required for a basic quotation:
- The type of event
- The date of the event
- The start time
- The return time
- The start and finish points
- The number of passengers
- Any special requirements.
How many passengers do your coaches hold?
Our coaches will hold up to 16 passengers. If you have more delegates than this then we can provide extra coaches or organise alternative size coaches.
Do you arrange International travel?
Because of its complexities we regret that the company does not deal with International travel abroad. However, we are happy to arrange travel to pick up from airports and sea ports etc and to drop off passengers at such destinations in this country.
What is the basis of your charging policy?
Quotations are based on the cost per coach and not on a cost per passenger.
